PET Bottle Recycled Fiber & Ocean-Bond Plastic Fiber

Dope Dyed Fiber

An anhydrous dyed green fiber, Anshun independently developed dope dyed fiber. Processing such fibers into textiles can reduce the dyeing process, reduce a lot of waste water and carbon dioxide emissions, save energy and reduce consumption, and be environmentally friendly. It can effectively solve the high energy consumption, high water consumption and high COD emissions faced by the traditional printing and dyeing industry from the source.

According to statistics, compared with conventional polyester fibers, the use of dope dyeing can save:

89% of water consumption,
63% of energy consumption,
63% of chemical consumption,
62% of carbon dioxide emissions,
and 67% of COD emissions.

Our professional color matching team has completed hundreds of color formulas, including dope dyed polyester staple fibers and ES fibers. On different fiber specifications, nearly the same color can be achieved, so that fibers with different deniers can also have the same color and color consistency.


ECO-AN® Biodegradable Fiber


Introduction:
  1. Polyolefin and polyester raw materials are modified and spun into fibers, which are biodegradable under aerobic and anaerobic conditions;
  2. In addition to the biodegradable properties of ECO-AN®, its subsequent processability is not affected by it. It is the same as the general fiber use method. There is no need to change the process at all, and it can be used with confidence;
  3. The biodegradable properties of ECO-AN® will not affect other fibers shared with it.
